Praemia REIM France creates, structures and manages collective real estate investment solutions on behalf of French individual investors (SCPI, OPCI and SCI investment structures) and their institutional counterparts (club deals, etc.). Praemia REIM France invests in office, healthcare/education, residential, retail and hotel sector real estate in Europe.

Marc has held several key leadership positions, including serving as Managing Director of La Française REM France and later as President of La Française GREIM France. In 2020, he joined Amundi Immobilier as Managing Director, before stepping into the role of Chairman of the Board of Praemia REIM France in September 2024.

Tristan is a qualified lawyer and was previously Head of Legal of the Archon Group France (Goldman Sachs Group).

Praemia REIM Germany creates, structures and manages real estate investment solutions on behalf of German institutional investors. Praemia REIM Germany primarily invests in healthcare and residential assets in Germany and Austria.
Peter Finkbeiner
CEO
Peter Finkbeiner was most recently CEO of ISARIA Wohnbau AG and led its sale in a two-track process to Deutsche Wohnen SE in 2020.
Since 2013, he has served first as Managing Director and then, from 2014, as a member of the Management Board of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG.

Benjamin Mertens
CFO
Benjamin Mertens was previously responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Group Accounting at the Capital Bay Group. Prior to that, he supported as Head of Controlling various strategic projects at TLG Immobilien, joined Deloitte as a consultant and worked at Corpus Sireo. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from HTW Berlin.

Ronan Bodéré, graduate of HEC, was Country Head of AEW’s Luxembourg office until the end of 2017, a position that he had held since 2010.

Luca has dedicated the majority of his professional journey to the dynamic field of Italian real estate. As the founder and CEO of Quinta Capital, now known as Praemia REIM Italy SGR, he has played a crucial role in shaping the company's trajectory.

Established in April 2022, Praemia REIM UK manages ongoing international client relationships and provides investor services.

Dominic joined Praemia REIM in April 2022 and is Managing Director for Praemia REIM UK. Dominic also serves as Head of Investor Relations and Marketing Strategy.

Jean-Luc Néez has been appointed Group CFO and Deputy CEO of Praemia REIM since April 2024. With a distinguished career in financial leadership roles at top CAC 40 companies such as Schneider Electric, Saint-Gobain, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Jean-Luc brings a wealth of expertise in finance, controlling, credit management and accounting.

Based in Madrid, Praemia REIM Spain is a company specialises in seeking new real estate investment opportunities and managing asset portfolios in Spain.
With a portfolio totaling over 700 million euros, distributed across various asset categories (residential, healthcare, education, hospitality), Praemia REIM Spain is committed to creating value for its investors. Additionally, Praemia REIM engages in fundraising from Spanish institutional investors for Praemia REIM's pan-European funds, thus capitalising on the synergies of our real estate platform.
Property Management by Praemia REIM
Our Property Management teams locally handle the rental and technical management of real estate (offices, healthcare/education, residential, retail, hospitality) in the various countries where our assets are located. They are the primary contacts for tenants for the daily management of the buildings.
