Praemia REIM has been focusing on healthcare/education real estate since 2012 by offering households, via Praemia REIM France, the opportunity to invest their savings towards this sector, enabling them to meet their financing needs, particularly in terms of health and social infrastructures.

Today, Praemia REIM has become the European leader in healthcare/education real estate, contributing to the development of a private healthcare offer that complements the public offer.
As an asset manager, we strive to link real estate investments with the expectations of our stakeholders. Our goal is to create sustainable value for our clients, employees and society by implementing a CSR policy that is in line with our values of innovation, performance and service excellence.
